For investors

Raising into individual ventures.

Actively raising into individual ventures. None of the Bad is open now — $150k to bootstrap, or $750k for the full pre-seed round.

A studio-level round is not currently defined. Venture-level conversations are open now.

The thesis

Five ventures, one pattern.

A studio only works if the bets share something. Ours share three things — which is why the portfolio compounds instead of just accumulating.

Trust is the product

Genuine Goods proves an asset is real. None of the Bad scores whether a product is actually clean. Veridium Network makes scarcity something you can verify instead of just claim. Each is a machine for making something verifiable — the scarcest thing on the internet right now.

Built for the operator, not the institution

Small business owners, homeowners, families trying to coordinate care, people just trying to buy something honest. These are people whose software was designed for the enterprise above them and never for them.

Designed to be self-sustaining

Every venture is built to cover its own costs early. That is a constraint, not a limitation — it keeps us honest about whether anyone actually wants the thing, and it means no company here is one failed round away from dying.

Where the portfolio stands

In build

Problem validated and spec locked. In active development, some in stealth.

None of the BadGenuine GoodsVeridium NetworkCarebridgeGava

In beta

Shipped and in the hands of real users. Iterating on what they actually do, not what we assumed.

Live

Operating publicly, serving customers, carrying its own weight.

First venture crosses here next.

Structure

A holding company, not a fund.

Investors receive equity in whatever entity they back. Back A41 Labs directly and you hold equity in A41 Labs itself, which holds a position in every venture in the portfolio. Back a single venture and you hold equity in that venture's own company.

  • There is no fund, no LP units, no management fee and no carried interest.
  • Investors hold real equity in a real operating entity — not an interest in a pooled vehicle.

For investors

Two ways to invest.

A41 welcomes angels, family offices, VCs and strategic partners — at the studio level and at the individual venture level.

The money comes from the same place any company's does — angels, family offices, VCs and strategic partners. What's different is what it does: a fund deploys capital into other people's companies; a studio deploys it into building its own.

Back the studio, hold studio equity. Back a venture, hold that venture's equity.

Back the studio

Hold equity in A41 Labs itself — the studio owns a position in every venture in the portfolio. The diversified position: exposure to all five ventures through one instrument.

A studio-level round is not currently defined. Venture-level conversations are open now.

Back a venture

Hold equity in that venture's own company. The concentrated position — direct exposure to that one company, at the terms set for that specific round.
