We don't invest in
startups. We build them.

A41 Labs is a venture studio. We originate our own ideas, build them with shared engineering and capital, and operate them as companies — from AI tools and marketplaces to blockchain infrastructure.

Innovative ventures and community enrichment — all while turning a profit.

New to the venture studio model? Here's how it works

The model

What a venture studio actually is.

A venture studio is a company that starts companies. Instead of backing founders who come to us, we find the problem, build the product, and run the business — over and over, with the same team and the same shared infrastructure behind every one.

01

We originate

Ideas start inside the studio. Every venture begins with a problem we have hit ourselves or watched someone live with — not with an inbound pitch deck. We validate the problem before we write a line of code.

02

We build

Engineering, design, infrastructure and capital are shared across the whole portfolio. A new A41 company starts at month six, not month zero, because the hard parts are already built and paid for.

03

We operate and hold

We take founding-level equity and run the company through launch and beyond. We are not writing a check and waiting — we are the operator. Our return comes from building the thing, not from picking it.

How we're different

Not a fund. Not an accelerator.

Where the idea comes fromVC fund:A founder'sAccelerator:A founder'sA41 Labs:Ours
Level of involvementVC fund:Capital and a board seatAccelerator:A 12-week programA41 Labs:We build and operate it
What funds itVC fund:A raised fundAccelerator:A small check plus programA41 Labs:Outside capital — angels, family offices, VCs and strategic partners

Number of betsVC fund:Dozens to hundredsAccelerator:Cohorts of manyA41 Labs:Deliberately few, sequenced

The practical difference: a fund's return depends on picking the right founder. Ours depends on whether we can build the right product — which is the part we control.

Like every venture studio, A41 is funded by outside investors — angels, family offices, VCs, and corporate and strategic partners. Studios typically start with the founder's own capital and raise external funding once there is proof; Idealab, Science, Rocket Internet and eFounders all began that way.

How we work

A pipeline, not a wish list.

Every venture moves through the same three stages. "Coming Soon" isn't a promise someone forgot — it's the build stage in a system we run deliberately.

The thesis

Five ventures, one pattern.

A studio only works if the bets share something. Ours share three things — which is why the portfolio compounds instead of just accumulating.

Trust is the product

Genuine Goods proves an asset is real. None of the Bad scores whether a product is actually clean. Veridium Network makes scarcity something you can verify instead of just claim. Each is a machine for making something verifiable — the scarcest thing on the internet right now.

Built for the operator, not the institution

Small business owners, homeowners, families trying to coordinate care, people just trying to buy something honest. These are people whose software was designed for the enterprise above them and never for them.

Designed to be self-sustaining

Every venture is built to cover its own costs early. That is a constraint, not a limitation — it keeps us honest about whether anyone actually wants the thing, and it means no company here is one failed round away from dying.

The portfolio

Five ventures we're building.

For investors

Two ways to invest.

A41 welcomes angels, family offices, VCs and strategic partners — at the studio level and at the individual venture level.

The money comes from the same place any company's does — angels, family offices, VCs and strategic partners. What's different is what it does: a fund deploys capital into other people's companies; a studio deploys it into building its own.

Back the studio, hold studio equity. Back a venture, hold that venture's equity.

Back the studio

Hold equity in A41 Labs itself — the studio owns a position in every venture in the portfolio. The diversified position: exposure to all five ventures through one instrument.

A studio-level round is not currently defined. Venture-level conversations are open now.

Back a venture

Hold equity in that venture's own company. The concentrated position — direct exposure to that one company, at the terms set for that specific round.

None of the Bad — $150k bootstrap · $750k pre-seed.

Ready to start the conversation? We'll match you to the venture — or the studio — that fits.

About A41 Labs

We build things
that matter.

A41 Labs is a venture studio founded by Merone Miltz. We originate our own ideas, build them with shared engineering and capital, and operate them as companies — five in the portfolio today, with more in the studio. All five are in active build; None of the Bad opens brand applications October 1.

What drives us

People Over Process

We build for the human on the other side. Every product decision starts with the person it's meant to serve.

Simplify the Complex

We take overwhelming systems, decisions, and ideas and make them clear, manageable, and actionable.

Ecosystem Thinking

Every venture benefits from the strength of the whole. Technology, capital, and talent flow across the A41 ecosystem.
